Colors

Color is a very important part of TCU’s brand as it helps us visually speak with one voice. Using the same color builds the University’s visibility and helps connect people to TCU. The color palette for WordPress supports a range of visual styles that complement TCU’s standards.

Primary colors

TCU’s school colors are purple and white. Purple represents royalty and white represents a clean game. It is essential that the proper shade of purple be used for all communication, publications and merchandise.

Horned Frog Purple: HEX #4D1979
Horned Frog White: HEX #FFFFFF
Horned Frog Grey: HEX #A3A9AC
Horned Frog Black: HEX #111111

Secondary colors

Several accent colors are permitted to enhance your pages, but these should be used sparingly so as to not diminish the TCU look, tone and feel of your site.
