Canva for Campus
TCU offers Canva for Campus to all students, faculty and staff. Whether you’re developing course materials, preparing a class presentation or producing recruitment collateral, Canva for Campus provides premium features, official brand assets and real-time collaboration in one platform. Plus, in order to support brand consistency, we’ve built a TCU Brand Kit inside Canva that includes official logos, fonts and colors. Using these assets ensures that everything created across the university reflects a consistent, professional and on-brand look.
Who Can Use Canva
Students
All enrolled students receive free access to Canva to use for such things as class projects, student organization materials, personal portfolios, etc. Upon graduation, students will lose access to their TCU Canva accounts and will need to export designs to a personal account.
Inactive licenses may be reassigned to new users.
Faculty & Staff
A limited number of employee licenses exist for faculty to use when creating course content, instructional materials, etc. Staff working in marketing, communications, admission, advancement and related roles can request a campus-managed license to create program brochures, social media content, branded publications, etc.
Please note that employee seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to faculty who use Canva extensively in their classrooms and staff whose roles require ongoing development of marketing and communication materials.
Employees who leave the university will have their license deactivated. Inactive licenses may be reassigned to new users.
Personal use of Canva is prohibited for employees.
