Campus Use

Guidelines for TCU departments and student organizations seeking licensing approval.

All campus departments, organizations and student groups must use an approved licensed vendor to produce any product bearing the name, logos or other trademarks of TCU. This includes apparel, promotional products and items for fundraisers.

All designs must follow TCU’s Brand Standards. Any logo or design questions should be directed to licensing@tcu.edu.

The below licensing approval process ensures that all items bearing marks owned by the university are reproduced in a responsible way:

  1. Choose Licensed Vendor. See approved vendor list.
  2. Develop Your Design. Work with a vendor to create your design that follows brand standards.
  3. Get Design Approved. Your vendor should submit the artwork to TCU for approval. If needed, TCU Licensing will communicate any changes that need to be made.
  4. Receive Product. Licensee will produce and ship/deliver product after artwork has been approved.
